My Experience with ELF Beautifully Bare Highlighting Stick Fresh Morning Dew:

I love the packaging of this tube! It’s a roll-up stick, with a twisting end. The tube is reflective, and just says ELF Targeted Natural Glow Stick. The lid is clear and seals well. Great for traveling! The end is wide and blunt, making it easy to apply wherever you want.

The shade is described as a “clear, shimmer-free balm for a dewy glow”, and I’d say that is pretty accurate. I think dewy makeup has been really in, and wanted a product that I could achieve glossy lids or a fresh face with. I like to use this product as highlighter, but I enjoy using it as eye shadow even more. When I use it on my cheeks, I always set it with a very sheer powder highlight too, because this product is quite sticky. It does dry down from when you first apply it, but even hours later it is tacky to touch. I must say, it does not last very long on your face. It dulls down significantly within 2 or 3 hours. It feels a little strange on the skin at first, because it has a different consistency than anything I have used, the only thing I would compare to it is a chapstick.

When using as an eyeshadow, you can apply it plain all over the lid, or mix a little color into it. It’s absolutely lovely if you’re going for that editorial, glossy-lided look.

I love the way this product looks when paired with pinky shades on the eyes and lip gloss. Alternatively, I love to use this product when my skin is nice, with just a BB cream and some blush. It’s very natural looking and can be blended out.
