Huda Beauty recently came out with their version of lip toppers called lip strobe. Today, I will be reviewing the shade “Snobby” from this range. So, let’s see how this lip strobe fared for me.

My Experience with Huda Beauty Lip Strobe Snobby:

Packaging: Huda Beauty Lip Strobe in “Snobby” comes in a sleek, cylindrical, plastic see-through tube packaging. The tube comes with a black cap. The bottom of the tube specifies the name “Snobby.” The applicator is a pointed wand and it’s really good and helps to fill the corners of the lips very easily and also spreads the lip gloss evenly. The tube shows the colour of the lipstick inside, so it’s very useful. The packaging is very travel friendly and lightweight.

Shade and Finish: The shade “Snobby” is described as a metallic semi-sheer light pink base with pink and gold pearls and it is indeed a very stunning metallic light pink lip gloss with tons of pink and gold pearl glitter in it. The lip strobe gives multiple dimensions to the lips and makes my lips look fuller and juicy. I usually wear it under a lipstick or a lip liner. This colour will complement all skin tones.

Texture and Application: The texture of the lip strobe is highly glossy without the tackiness. The feel is like a glossy, creamy lip gloss. These lip glosses are not sticky. They are super hydrating and moisturising. This lip strobe has a light vanilla fragrance. It is very comfortable to wear. The application is super easy with the applicator.

Pigmentation and Coverage:  The lip strobe has semi-sheer pigmentation with light pink base. This lip strobe works great as a lip topper.

Staying Power: The staying power is really good. It stays on for around 4 hours without the need to reapply. However, my only issue with this lip strobe is that the glitter particles remains back on the lips once the lip gloss wears off which doesn’t look good.

Overall, this lip strobe is a fun addition to my lipstick collection.

• Glitter particles remain on the lips even after gloss wears off and they tend to accentuate the lines on my lips.
